How can I commission a piece?
Many of the pieces shown can be made to order to your own preferences of colour, material and forms. They can also be specially created incorporating your own fabrics, these may be of high sentimental value, an old scarf, item of clothing or simply a favourite colour.

past commissions:

a necklace for a bride based on one of my bracelets, incorporating an off cut of the wedding skirt with sari fabric. UK/Netherlands

a grey and red looped necklace for a client who doesn't usually wear jewellery, but liked the light weight and textural qualities of my fabric pieces. London, UK

a long black wrap with hints of yellow and blue using an embroidered cotton shawl, to which a miniature native american weave collected by my client can be incorporated. Canada

a wrap necklace of red with hints of black for another overseas client, but who has only seen my pieces online. so it will be an even greater surprise when the piece is delivered! USA
How long will delivery take?
I make to order so your piece/s will be sent within 2 - 3 weeks from the time of ordering.

All payments must be received before shipment.

UK delivery will be sent by next day Special Delivery and costs £5.00.
For elsewhere, items will be sent 'International Signed For' which can take between 1-2 weeks and costs £10.00.

Your parcel will require a signature on receipt.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What happens if a refund or exchange is required?
A refund cannot be made on commissioned pieces, only on pieces which are faulty. Please get in touch within 7 days from receipt of item to notify us of a fault or damage and to arrange a return. An exchange or refund can be offered providing the piece is unworn and in original packaging.

The cost of returning the item for a refund or exchange is your responsibility. Your original delivery charges can only be reimbursed if the item received was faulty and we were notified within 7 days of receipt.

Please return items via registered mail for your own protection, which insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
